2. 1. Shopping cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. This places your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the "Remove" box or canceling the order process. Clicking on the "Checkout" button will take you to the next order step.

2.2 Checkout

Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will be taken to the next order step.

2.3 Check billing address / select payment method

Now check your billing address and enter your desired payment method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next order step.

2.4 Check shipping address / select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the next order step.

2.5 Complete the order process / General terms and conditions and cancellation policy

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy (check the box). By clicking the button "order with obligation to pay" you send your order to us. You thereby submit a legally binding offer.

3. Storage of the contract text

3.1 STUCO Fullservice GmbH stores the complete text of the contract.

3.2 Before sending the order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed out and/or saved electronically using the print function of the Internet browser.

 

4. Essential properties of the product

The essential characteristics of the product can be found in the respective product description.

5. Total price of the product and shipping costs

5.1 The gross price stated in each case for the object of purchase is the final price including the statutory value added tax stated in each case. The gross price does not include delivery and shipping costs.

5.2 The delivery and shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless there is a case of delivery free of shipping costs.

The shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping to end customers in Germany: Standard shipping costs EUR 5.95
If the customer requests a specific type of shipment that incurs higher costs, the customer shall also bear these additional costs.

6 Payment and delivery conditions

6.1 The following payment methods are available in our store:

  • Credit card: VISA & MasterCard
  • PayPal

You are only entitled to assert a right of retention for counterclaims that are due and based on the same legal relationship as your obligation.

We reserve the right to accept or exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

6.2 Standard shipping: The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days after receipt of the complete and error-free order.

Individualized products: The delivery time for individualized products is up to 14 days after receipt of the complete and error-free order. We deliver within Germany. International shipping on request.

7 Warranty rights

In the event of a breach of a contractual obligation, the customer is entitled to the statutory rights vis-à-vis Viessmann Climate Solutions SE in accordance with GTC §7.
