Fitness Roller

Training, massage, regeneration: the fitness roller from the Viessmann Selection is a real all-rounder - it relieves tension and promotes blood circulation, increases mobility, stimulates the metabolism and strengthens the connective tissue. This self-massage roller made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) consists of a green, hard interior and a black, soft outer roller and, thanks to its surface structure of nubs and flat areas, enables a targeted deep massage. The hydration of the fasciae surrounding the muscle (connective tissue) is stimulated, which improves mobility and regenerates the muscles faster.
