Select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. This will add your selected items to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time before you submit your order. You can change the number of items, delete your selection by ticking the "Remove" box or cancel the order process. Click the "Checkout" button to go to the next order step.
2.2. Checkout
If you already have an account, please login with your email address and password, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). There will be no other use or any disclosure to third parties. Once you have logged in, select the shipping option. Click the "Next" button to go to the next order step.

Please check your invoice address and specify your desired payment method. Click the "Next" button to go to the next order step.

Please check your delivery address and specify your desired shipping option. Click the "Next" button to go to the next order step.
2.5. Order process completion / terms & conditions and information regarding right to retract
You will receive an overview of your order: selected products, shipping and invoice address, and contact information. Please verify that all information is correct and carefully read the terms & conditions as well as the information regarding the right to retract. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms & conditions and the information regarding the right to retract (set checkmark). You submit your order by clicking on the "Buy now" button. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

3. Contract data filing
3.1 The entire contract data will be filed by cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH.
3.2 Before submitting your order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed using the print function of the web browser and/or saved electronically.

5. Total price of the product and shipping costs
5.1 The gross price given for the object of purchase is the final price including the respective statutory VAT. The gross price does not include delivery and shipping costs.
5.2 Delivery and shipping costs are borne by the customer, insofar as no eligibility for free delivery is given.
Shipping costs are:
Shipping to end customers inside Germany: standard shipping costs € 5,95
Customer requesting a specific type of shipment associated with higher costs will be required to bear these additional costs.
6. Payment and delivery conditions

6.2 Standard delivery: Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days from receipt of a complete and error-free order.
Customised products: Delivery of customised products is up to 14 days from receipt of a complete and error-free order Payment method advance payment: Please note that with this payment method, your order will be dispatched only after your payment has been made. We deliver within Germany. International shipping on request.
7. Warranty rights
In the event of a breach of contractual obligations the customer’s rights in relation to Viessmann Climate Solutions SE are in accordance with §7 of the company's terms and conditions.
